In Arizona, use of the GoblinAero over 20 mph will require license, registration and insurance as a moped (very inexpensive). This allows travel to 25 mph. Over 25 mph will require license, registration and insurance as a motored cycle (very inexpensive). In other states, you can travel over 20 mph without having to a license, registration, and insurance. Consult with your attorney for more information.
